With Upgrade Shopping powered by Dosh® you accrue cash back on qualifying purchases at participating merchants. All Upgrade Card customers and Rewards Checking account customers with an open account have Upgrade Shopping.
For the current list of participating merchants and offers available to you, go to Upgrade Shopping on your account dashboard. Participating merchants and offer terms may be changed from time to time without notice.
After a qualifying Upgrade Card purchase has settled, your cash back will generally be applied to your balance after your next scheduled monthly payment. If you do not have a balance and for as long as your card account is open, you may elect to have cash back applied as a deposit into your bank account on file. Cash back rewards are redeemed once applied. Cash back rewards applied to your balance will not otherwise reduce the amount of your regular monthly payments.
After a qualifying Rewards Checking debit card purchase has settled, your applicable cash back will generally be credited to your Rewards Checking or Rewards Checking Plus account within 7-14 days but can take up to 90 days depending on the merchant.
If you return, charge back, cancel, dispute, or otherwise request a refund for a qualifying purchase for which you have already received Upgrade Shopping cash back, we reserve the right to remove any related cash back amount from your Upgrade Card or withhold future cash back to cover any such amount. To opt-out of the Upgrade Shopping program, please email upgrade customer service at support@upgrade.com. Please note that an opt out is permanent and will apply to any Upgrade Shopping account(s) you have at the time of such opt out and any new account you may open in the future through Upgrade that is eligible for Upgrade Shopping (i.e., such new account will not be enrolled in the Upgrade Shopping program and you will not be able to accrue any rewards under this program on any of your existing or future accounts through Upgrade).
If you don’t want to get cash back on purchases with Upgrade Shopping, you may opt out of the Upgrade Shopping program by emailing customer service at support@upgrade.com. Please note that an opt out is permanent and will apply to any Upgrade Shopping Account(s) you have at the time of such opt out and any new account you may open in the future through Upgrade that is eligible for Upgrade Shopping (i.e., such new account will not be enrolled in the Upgrade Shopping program and you will not be able to accrue any rewards under this program on any of your existing or future accounts through Upgrade).
