The recommended and quickest way to send us your documents is by uploading directly to your To-Do List via smartphone or computer:
Smartphone
- Download the Upgrade mobile app on your Android or iOS smartphone
- Log into your Upgrade Account
- Click “Take a Photo”
- Your smartphone will then allow you to either snap or upload an existing photo of your document
Computer
- Snap a photo and email it to your personal email address
- Select the email that contains the photo of your document, click “Download,” and save the document to your computer
- Log into your Upgrade Account from your computer
- Under “Requested,” drag and drop your photo directly onto the page OR click on “Select” to locate your photo from a file or your desktop
Best Practices
To ensure your documents are processed in a timely manner, please follow the below best practices:
- All documents should be unaltered (original copy without any information redacted) and clearly legible
- Check to make sure your document displays all four (4) corners
- Acceptable file formats include: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG
If you’re experiencing difficulties with uploading your documents directly to your dashboard, you can send them via email to documents@upgrade.com. Please be sure to include your application number in the subject line which can be found by logging into your Upgrade Account. Please note this option may take longer to process.
