Your new due date must be no more than (15) calendars before or after your original payment date
Your due date change request must be initiated at least (3) business day before your next upcoming due date; otherwise the change won’t take effect until the next month
If you’re eligible, simply access your Upgrade Dashboard to update your due date! If you’re experiencing difficulties or would prefer to change your due date over the phone, contact us by dialing our toll-free line at (844) 899-9931, Monday-Friday, 5am-6pm, and Saturday-Sunday 6am-5pm Pacific Time.
If you have an Upgrade Card, your payment due date cannot be changed or modified at this time.
