You can cancel a scheduled one-time payment directly through your account dashboard by following the steps listed below:
- Sign in to your Upgrade Account
- Select Payments
- Navigate to the Scheduled Payments sections
- Select the Trash Icon next to the payment you want to cancel
Scheduled one-time payments can only be canceled up to (1) business day before the scheduled payment date. Once the cancellation deadline for your payment has passed, it can no longer be modified.
If you need to cancel a pending autopay draft, please contact Upgrade at least three (3) business days before the scheduled payment date.
