Your To-Do List is a set of action items for you to complete in order for us to process your application. Some examples of action items include submitting proof of income or proof of identification. Your list will clarify which items to submit and how to submit them.
If you've already submitted your application, you can complete your To-Do List by logging in to your Upgrade Account. Your To-Do list might be updated as we process your application, so remember to check it regularly (as well as your email) until we inform you that the process is complete.
