Check your rate now to see what personal loan options may be available to you.
Auto Refinance loans can be applied for online by providing some basic car information, such as the year, make, model, and mileage. Using that information, we'll show you loan offers that you qualify for through Upgrade.

1 Credit Lines feature Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) of 14.99% - 29.99% and line amounts ranging $500 - $25,000. The lowest rates require Autopay and the majority of the line amounts will be $15,000 or under. For example, a $5,000 transaction with a 36 month term and a 19.99% APR has a required monthly payment of $187.90. Optional ACH transfers to your bank account, balance transfers, ATM withdrawals (if available), and foreign transactions are subject to applicable fees that, if incurred, will increase your finance charge and APR. Late fees and insufficient funds fees may apply. Your rate, line amount, and default term depend on maintaining a qualifying credit score, your credit usage history, requested amount, and other factors. The Upgrade Card is unique in that it allows you to obtain a series of closed-end loans which you may access through transactions such as card purchases up to an approved amount. As you repay your balance, additional credit may become available to you up to an approved amount subject to meeting our credit requirements, but your line will not replenish automatically.
2 Pay Now is an optional feature of OneCard that allows you to designate specific purchases or ATM transactions to be automatically paid off the day after the transaction settles. To make use of Pay Now, you must (1) activate the “Pay Now Purchases” setting and tell us which purchase amounts you would like to designate as Pay Now (for example, all purchases of $25 or less) and/or (2) activate the “ATM Access” setting, which will treat all ATM transactions as Pay Now regardless of the transaction amount. If you do not activate ATM Access, any request for an ATM transaction will be declined. Each transaction will be processed as a credit transaction, but while you will not be charged interest on any transactions that you pay off using Pay Now, transactions designated as Pay Later will accrue interest as described in your Personal Credit Line Agreement. Even after you make a purchase or ATM transaction, you may change the designation of that transaction from Pay Now to Pay Later, or vice versa, up until 12pm Pacific Time the day after the transaction settles. Every day at 12pm Pacific Time, we will initiate one-time debits to your designated bank account to pay off the prior day’s settled transactions that were designated as Pay Now. If any debit fails from the primary bank account that is designated in your Pay Now standing authorization, the debit will be initiated from the secondary bank account that is designated (if any) therein. You may cancel a Pay Now payment up until 12pm Pacific Time by simply changing that day’s Pay Now transactions to Pay Later through your Upgrade dashboard or mobile app. If a Pay Now debit is returned by your bank, we will switch the underlying transactions to Pay Later, and those transactions will accrue interest as of the original transaction date. Designating a transaction as Pay Later gives you the flexibility to pay balances back over time with a fixed payment period.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
**When you sign up for the Premier Savings product through Upgrade, you will open a Premier Savings account at Cross River Bank, Member FDIC under the terms of your Savings Deposit Account Agreement and agree to participate in a custodial deposit program offered by Upgrade and Cross River Bank (the “Program”). Under the Program, Cross River Bank may, as your agent and custodian, place some or all of your funds from your Premier Savings account with another depository institution or credit union (each a “Participating Institution”) under the terms of your Custodial and Agency Agreement. Each Participating Institution is either an insured depository institution at which deposits are insured by the FDIC or a credit union at which share accounts are insured by the NCUA Share Insurance Fund, subject to applicable limits. Your funds at Cross River Bank and at a Participating Institution are eligible for FDIC or NCUA insurance coverage up to $250,000 per ownership category and per institution. You will be responsible for monitoring the total amount of deposits that you hold with Cross River Bank and any Participating Institution to determine the extent of FDIC or NCUA insurance coverage available to you. You will be able to check your Upgrade dashboard to determine the amount of your funds on deposit at Cross River Bank and any Participating Institution under the Program. For more information on the Program, please refer to the Custodial and Agency Agreement.
