The easiest way to send us your documents is to use your smartphone camera to snap a photo of the document you need to submit. Simply log into your account from your smartphone, click “Take a Photo.” Your smartphone will then allow you to either snap or upload an existing photo of your document. Choose the option that is easiest for you. Upgrade will verify if the upload was successful.
If you’d prefer to submit from your desktop computer, you also have the option of snapping a photo and emailing it to your personal email address. Select the email that contains the photo of your document and click “Download.” Then, you’ll need to save it on your desktop (or any file on your computer that you can easily access). You’ll then need to access your To-Do List by logging into your Upgrade Account. Under “Requested” you can either drag and drop your photo directly onto the page, or you can click “Submit” to locate your photo from a file or your desktop. Click “Open” to upload the requested documents. Upgrade will verify if the upload was successful.
Tips: If you have a physical document that is not located on your computer, you can simply scan it to your computer, save it in a file as a PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIPF, BMP, PNG, GIF. Then click ‘Upload’ and submit for final review. Upgrade will verify if the upload was successful.
