Yes. If you prefer to pay by check and you’re currently on Autopay, please give our Servicing team a call to let us know at (844) 899-9931, Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm Pacific Time prior to making a check payment so we can disable any automatic payments scheduled.
You may also update your automatic payment settings at any time by logging into your account and clicking ‘Manage Payments'.

If you have multiple loans with us and wish to make payments for both loans, please send us separate checks per loan with your Loan ID Number in the memo line. If we receive a single check without a Loan ID written in the memo line and the amount of that check is different from the sum of the due amounts for your two loans, we will first apply the funds to the loan with the greater past due amount, if applicable, and then to the older of the two loans.
