The quickest and most convenient way to make a payment is by downloading the Upgrade Mobile App on your phone or by logging into your Upgrade Account on your computer. Upgrade also accepts payments via check, but please be advised that the payment processing time frame can take up to 2-3 weeks.
If you prefer to pay by check and you’re currently on Autopay, please give our Servicing team a call to let us know at (844) 899-9931, Monday-Friday, 5am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 6am-5pm Pacific Time prior to making a check payment so we can disable any automatic payments scheduled.
Here are the most common delays in processing check payments:
- Check payment is NOT made out to Upgrade Inc.
- Check payment does NOT include an Upgrade Account ID
- Check payment is sent to the INCORRECT address

Memo Line/Account ID
Insert your Account ID into the memo line which can be found by logging into your Upgrade Account.
Note - If you have multiple accounts with us and wish to make payments for both accounts, please send us separate checks with your Account ID number(s) in the memo line.
