Loans through Upgrade have an annual percentage rate (APR) between 7.99%-35.89% and an origination fee of 1.5% –6%. The fee is included in your APR and it is only charged when you receive your loan. The origination fee is deducted from the total loan funds you recieve, so the funds you receive in your bank account will equal your loan amount minus the amount of the origination fee. Your actual rate depends on credit score, credit usage and history, loan term and other factors.
Upgrade never charges an upfront loan fee or application fee and will never ask you to send us money via wire transfer, Western Union, gift card, or prepaid card.
For any failed electronic or check payment attempt(s) for issued loans, you will be charged a $10 fee Your bank may assess its own fee in addition to the fee we assess. You may also incur a late fee of up to $10 if your full payment is not received within 15 calendar days of your due date. This late fee is assessed once per late payment.
