ACH transfers initiated through your account dashboard to or from an external account are subject to limits on the number of transfers (“Count Limits”) and limits on the dollar amount (“Threshold Dollar Limit”), with special rules that we call “Transfer Threshold Limits”. These limits are in place to protect you and your money.
Limits can vary for each Rewards Checking account, and your individual limits depend on a number of factors, including your account eligibility and activity. The figures provided below are the available limit ranges across all Rewards Checking accounts that would be assigned to your account at account opening:
Count Limits:
- From External Account: You will be assigned a limit between 2-7 transfers within a 7-day period.
- To External Accounts: There are no count limits.
Threshold Dollar Limits:
- From External Accounts: You will be assigned a limit between $2,000 to $15,000 within a 7-day period.
- To External Accounts: You will be assigned a limit between $2,000 to $15,000 within a 7-day period.
If you have a Rewards Checking account, you can view your individual limits here.
All Rewards Checking accounts are subject to a daily maximum transfer of $100,000 to external bank accounts and $100,000 from external bank accounts.
