Once pre-approved, customers will be directed to a To-Do List through their Upgrade account. Some customers may have nothing further to provide. Others may need to provide supplemental information, such as identification or income documentation.
Upgrade will keep the customer updated throughout the application process, but we recommend that the customer checks their email and their Upgrade account’s To-Do List regularly for the latest information on the status or any required documents. The faster we can verify the customer’s information, the faster a credit decision can be made!
